อย่าจมปลักเมื่อคิดนวัตกรรม

การคิดค้นนวัตกรรมต้องคิดแบบแตกต่าง 
หากพบว่าตัวเองพยายามที่จะเริ่มต้นเรื่องใหม่
หรือติดกับอยู่ในท่ามกลางโครงงานแล้ว
ให้พยายามที่จะสร้างกรอบการรับรู้ใหม่ด้วยใจ

รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากภายนอก
คิดเกี่ยวกับเรื่องที่เป็นปัญหาของลูกค้า
และกำลังพยายามที่จะแก้ไขปัญหา
ให้ใช้เวลาอยู่กับลูกค้า  พยายามที่จะเข้าใจ
สิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการอย่างแท้จริง
และวิธีการที่อาจจะช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาลูกค้าได้

เรียนรู้จากข้อผิดพลาด
ไม่มีเรื่องใดที่จะเป็นแผนที่สมบูรณ์แบบ
สมมุติความคิดแรกเริ่มคือ
มีบางส่วนถูกและบางส่วนผิด
ให้ประเมินวิธีการใหม่ทั้งหมด 

ต่อต้านอย่างที่สุด
อย่าไปใช้ความคิด
ตามวิธีการทำำงานแบบปัจจุบันนี้
แม้ว่าวิธีการนั้นเป็นเรื่องที่
จะทำงานได้อย่างสะดวกสบายมากที่สุด

Get Unstuck When Innovating
To innovate, you need to think differently. If you find yourself struggling to get something started or you're stuck in the middle of a project, try to get into a new frame of mind:
Get inspiration from outside. Think about what problems your customers are trying to solve. Spend time with them to understand what they actually need and how you might help them.
Learn from mistakes. There's no such thing as a perfect plan. Assume your first idea is partially right and partially wrong, and then reassess your approach.
Resist the pull of the core. Don't shift ideas toward how you currently operate, even if that's what you're most comfortable doing.
